What does “Completed” mean

This means we have shipped your order, and it is on its way to you. This does not mean the item has arrived your end. This simply marks it as compete on our system. (As in we have no further steps on our side). To see where your item is please use any tracking numbers provided. (If your item was send via a tracked method and you don’t have the tracking code just send us an e-mail and we’ll send it over)

What does “Item Shipped” mean

This means your item has had its postage label printed and is all ready to be shipped out to you, and has either been dropped off for shopping, or will be in the next few hours. If this is in the evening it will typically be dropped off in the morning. If this is during the day it will typically be in the next hour or two (or has just been dropped off).

What is a backorder?

If you order an item which is back ordered, this means the item you have ordered is is currently on order from our supplier and will arrive in the next delivery. This can typically take up to 1-2 weeks and then your item will be shipped to you.

When are items shipped

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours, all items are shipped from the UK

How much will it cost to ship my item?

UK Orders are now free, (2-5days delivery) (you will get a tracking number)

£3.50 to the UK Royal Mail First Class (1-2 days)

£3.50 to the UK tracked and signed (2-5days delivery) (you will get a tracking number)

If your item is urgent we can ship it by first class mail, but please contact us first and we will advise on the earliest time we can get it to you

International shipping can vary.

We ship through Royal Mail international standard or International tracked. – Both should take between 2-7 days.

We can also ship through Royal Mail economy which is cheaper but this can take up to 12 weeks in some cases.

My Item is a gift..

You can select gift wrapping on the item page and we will ship it wrapped and in a box.

If we notice that the delivery address and billing address are different, we will not include a paper invoice with the order

How Can I Pay

You can pay by any credit or debit card (including american express) – just pick the paypal option you don’t need a paypal account to use your card

You can also pay via paypal

Or using your amazon account and any cards/addresses associated with that account.

There are no additional fees for using any of these methods

What Size Do I Need

Our products come in the following sizes (you may see these numbers on your item)

0 – 6 months – 70cm (27.5 inches)
6 – 12 months – 80cm (31.5 inches)
12 – 18 months – 90cm (35.5 inches)
18 – 24 months – 95cm (37.5 inches)
24 – 36 months – 100cm (39.5 inches)

These refer to the total length of the product/the height of your child.

Do you offer free shipping

Yes we do -all UK orders now have a free shipping option no matter how many you order. – This will be applied automatically.

How should I care for my Youngsie Romper Suit

We recommend washing on a cool wash (30/40degrees) or on a care setting. We do not advise tumble drying as this may cause your Youngsie to loose its shape.

My Package has not arrived

Your item should arrive within 5-7 days in the UK and 5-7 days internationally. If your package has not arrived after 10 days let us know!

If your package is being delivered within the UK it will have a tracking number through MyHermes – you can use the tracked on their site or ours to see where your package is. If it has been lost please contact us and we will contact My Hermes. We will arrange compensation or a replacement if it has been lost

If your item has been sent international tracked and you have not received it – let us know. You should be able to see where the item is with the tracking number provided. We will arrange compensation or a replacement if it has been lost

If your package is international standard and not tracked, unfortunately we cannot offer any replacement or compensation.

How Do You Ship Internationally

We ship through Royal Mail international standard or International tracked. – Both should take between 2-7 days.

While international standard is usually fine We advise International tracked as it insured for loss and can be tracked throughout its journey, we will provide you with a tracking code after purchase

Do you do discounts or coupons

We offer discounts to people who add a review of their product and additional discount to those who include a photo!
We also may do seasonal discount codes or if we’re feeling particularly nice that day 🙂 keep an eye on our facebook, twitter, instagram and mailing list for discounts too!

I made a mistake and need to change the name/address etc

Contact us ASAP with details of what needs changing so we can fix your order because it gets sent out.

Do you ship to “x” country

We will ship worldwide and postage should be adjusted based on your desired shipping location. If this isn’t working please let us know and we can adjust your order.

How long do backorders take

If you choose to preorder or backorder a product please be aware these can take up to 2-3 weeks. We can ship the order all together or in separate packages if required. If your item becomes unavailable we will contact you and refund the money or offer a replacement.

In general we only allow backorders on items where stock is on its way, or if we are placing a stock order shortly.

We don’t allow backorders on items we don’t intend to get back in store – these items will be marked as “discontinued”

Do you do giftwrapping

Yes we do, this is on a per item basis. They will be wrapped to a high standard in wrapping paper (will vary) with a small gift tag.

I need to return my order

Please contact us.
If there is nothing wrong with the product you will be liable for the shipping charge and we will only accepted tracked returns
If there is a fault with the item let us know and we will send a replacement or arrange a return

How are orders shipped

UK Orders are sent through My Hermes – Tracked – these typically take between 2-5 days
International orders are sent Royal Mail tracked – these typically take 2-7 days.
We only send orders with tracking numbers

How Much Do You Charge Shipping

We offer free shipping on all UK orders. These will be shipped by My Hermes and take 2-3 days and come with a tracking number. We also offer Royal Mail 1st class which is around £3.50.

Prices will vary for international shipping based on Royal Mail’s current price. But this will be generated at the basket/checkout page.

We send via courier in the UK and Royal Mail for international items

You should be able to calculate these charges at the cart and checkout pages to get the exact price.

Can you ship next day

If your package is urgent we may be able to get it out for next day delivery. Orders are processed in the evening so let us know as soon as possible and we’ll contact you to let you know the earliest we can get the item to you.

When are orders shipped

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of ordering but typically within 24 hours. You will receive an email and tracking number when your item has shipped.
